Apply: For best results, use the Foundation Brush to apply (although fingers work well too) a sparing amount of this creamy, longlasting colour. Apply in a patting motion. To find the "apples" of the cheeks, smile in the mirror and the bits that stick up are the apples. Use over foundation (if any) and under powder for the best effect. You can "set" Creme Rouge on hot days with Loose Powder or Pressed Powder.
