1. Getting to know you...
This is the stage where we get as much information about the project as possible. We need to know your likes and dislikes, the styles you prefer, your goals, hopes and dreams.
Remember, if we haven't met you before, we need you to tell us a lot about you (confidentially of course) so we can forge a strong working relationship and create something you will really love that will really work.

2. The Project Proposal Document
This is the contract we use to outline the porject scope, to make sure we are both 100% sure of our respective roles and responsibilities. To avoid any misunderstanding, when this is sent to you, please read the doument thoroughly, and make sure that we have outlined everything that the project invoilves and that you understand what you are paying for. If it is confusing, or you don't enderstand anything, please don't hesitate to ask.
This is also the stage at which we will invoice you for our deposit to commence the project. This is payable immediately. If more than 7 days lapse without payment or we don't hear from you, we will cancel your project booking and move on to our next project.

7. stay on track to Completion
Because design is such a subjective area, we need to maintain our working structure and project plan process to ensure that we allocate appropriate time and resources to suit your budget and desired goals. It is vital that as our client you understand each stage of the process so are aware of the role you play in the process, and what you can expect from us at any time.
We really look forward to working with you on your next project!
