While we are Australian based, designers and developers work remotely, communicating via email and Skype, a great ISP is vital.
You must have the most recent version of Adobe Creative Suite, solid formal training and education in your area as well as experience in good agencies and studios. We are looking for consummate professionals who are able to work to deadlines and stay within time budgets.
Our rate of pay is determined by experience, skills, dedication and talent. The amount of work we can give you depending on your track record and what we have in the studio at the time (which is generally a lot at any given time).
Talented Graphic Designers - Freelance
Blossom is looking for an experienced and talented identity, logo and branding specialists. We have grown so much over the past few years, we need a special people who understand the female market in terms of graphic design.
NOTE: This is NOT an entry level position. We need experienced, professional designers. If you are a new graduate, please don't apply at this time.
Must Haves:Tertiary quantification/training, extremely good typography skills, strong illustration skills, a professional portfolio. The usual Adobe softeware skills and a beefed up Mac.
Preferred: Diverse beauty, cosmetics and fashion graphic design experience. Some web experiencer would be a plus.

Blossom has been swamped with new projects and needs a really strong, high end web designer to help create concepts for our beautiful clients. I need a very unique and talented creative, who can design layouts for web that can then be implemented by the developer. A strong understanding of technology and web based design is important. A love of online shopping is also a good thing.
Must-haves: Advanced Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, HTML, CSS, and basic PHP, SQL and JS skills are requirements.
Preferred:Experience with E-Commerce design for the feminine market.
Personality: Design flexibility and adaptability to a range of female based sights. The closer you are to our target market the easier it will be to meet their needs.
